- Lead the design, development, and implementation of MEP systems for complex fit-out projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications and building codes.
- Oversee the coordination between MEP disciplines (Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Firefighting) and architectural/structural elements to resolve clashes and optimize space utilization.
- Manage the procurement process for MEP equipment and materials, performing technical evaluations of supplier proposals and ensuring timely delivery.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks during the construction phase, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions to maintain project standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering from a reputable institution.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent international certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience specifically in MEP design and execution for fit-out projects.
- Proven track record in managing and delivering multiple complex fit-out projects within budget and schedule.
