Supervise daily labor, carpenters, painters, tile setters, and MEP technicians to ensure tasks are completed on time.
Ensure all finishing works (ceiling, flooring, joinery, wall finishes) follow approved drawings and mockup samples.
Maintain strict quality control to prevent rework, poor craftsmanship, or damage to completed areas.
Verify incoming materials on site against approved orders and store them safely to prevent damage or waste.
Coordinate daily tool and equipment requirements for on-site crews.
Report material shortages or delivery delays to the Engineer immediately.
Enforce site safety rules (PPE usage, safe handling of tools/scaffolding) and maintain clean working conditions.

Eye for finishing detail, trade craft control, crew discipline
2+ years of practical site supervision in fit out works
Mandatory valid UAE driving license
