Job description

  • Welcome children and parents with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Supervise children during play activities to ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Monitor play equipment and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
  • Enforce play area rules and safety guidelines.
  • Assist children with activities and encourage positive social interaction.
  • Organize and facilitate games, crafts, or group activities when required.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the play area.
  • Sanitize toys and equipment according to hygiene standards.
  • Assist with birthday parties, special events, and group bookings.
  • Respond promptly to minor incidents and notify supervisors or parents when necessary.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting guests.
  • Support opening and closing procedures of the play facility.
