Role Description The CNC Bending Machine Operator will operate and monitor CNC bending machines to produce precise sheet metal components according to technical drawings and production plans. Day-to-day tasks include setting up machines, selecting appropriate tools and programs, performing test runs, and adjusting parameters to achieve required dimensions and tolerances. The role involves inspecting finished parts, maintaining machinery, documenting production activities, and collaborating with the production team to meet quality and safety standards. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Machine Operation and Machinery handling for CNC bending and related equipment. Experience in Machining and Milling within a metal fabrication or manufacturing environment. Proficiency in Quality Control practices, including measurement, inspection, and tolerance verification. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, CNC programs, and work instructions. Knowledge of safety procedures and best practices in a workshop or factory setting. Previous experience as a CNC machine operator or similar role, preferably in sheet metal fabrication. Basic understanding of maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machinery. High school diploma or technical/vocational qualification in mechanical, fabrication, or related field. Ability to work on-site in Dubai, stand for extended periods, and handle physical aspects of the role. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team.
