Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in Power BI development, data analytics, and dashboard design, with a strong focus on mobile-first and web solutions for C-suite executives.
Expertise in Power BI: Strong proficiency in Power BI, including data modelling, report/dashboard design, and advanced visualization techniques tailored for executive users.
Mobile and Web Dashboard Design: Experienced in creating Power BI reports optimized for both mobile and web compatibility, ensuring ease of use for executive teams across devices (tablets, smartphones, desktops).
Strong SQL Skills: Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries for efficient data extraction, manipulation, and reporting.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 & AWS: Extensive experience integrating data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 with Power BI, along with utilizing AWS services for cloud-based data storage and analysis.
Data Engineering: Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipeline management to streamline data workflows for real-time reporting.
Leadership & Delegation: Proven ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and ensure the successful completion of high-priority projects on time.
Effective Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with business stakeholders and translate their needs into actionable data solutions.
Certification like PL-300 (Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst) is a plus.
