• Supervise daily pre-cast production activities (formwork, reinforcement, concrete pouring, curing)

• Ensure casting is per approved drawings, mix design, and quality standards

• Oversee de-molding, handling, storage, and stacking of pre-cast elements

• Coordinate crane/rigging teams for lifting and installation/erection of pre-cast units

• Enforce HSE compliance and permit-to-work system on site

• Coordinate with QA/QC for inspections (rebar, formwork, pour card, dimensional checks)

• Supervise labor, carpenters, steel fixers, and subcontractor crews

• Monitor casting/erection progress against schedule; report delays

• Maintain daily records, pour cards, and element tracking/identification logs

• Troubleshoot field issues (alignment, joint treatment, surface defects)

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in pre-cast concrete manufacturing or construction.

• Proven experience in supervising production teams in a manufacturing or construction setting.

• Strong understanding of pre-cast concrete production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.

  ✔ Experience in construction (not design), Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore

  ✔ Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred

  ✔ Clean-shaven policy applicable

  ✔ Candidates must be immediate joiners

  ❌ Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible
