CANDIDATES MUST HAVE A VALID UAE DRIVING LICENSE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION
We are a premium landscaping service provider and are looking for a knowledgeable and motivated Indoor Plant Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. This role is essential to manage ongoing maintenance with existing clients to ensure indoor plants remain healthy, vibrant, and visually appealing. Primary aspects of the role are Technician Management and
Client Management.
Key Responsibilities as follows
- Supervise daily indoor plant maintenance operations.
- Ensure high-quality plant care and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve plant health issues.
- Monitor team productivity, attendance, and work quality.
- Coordinate with clients and the operations team.
- Maintain safety and company standards at all times.
Skills
Valid UAE Driving Licence (Mandatory).
Good knowledge of indoor plants, plant care, pest identification, fertilisation, pruning, and plant health.
Experience planning daily work schedules and supervising technicians.
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to communicate very fluently in English (Hindi/Urdu is an advantage).

المسؤوليات الأساسية كما يلي
- الإشراف على عمليات صيانة النباتات الداخلية اليومية.
- ضمان رعاية نباتية عالية الجودة ورضا العملاء.
- إجراء تفتيشات الموقع وحل مشاكل صحة النباتات.
- مراقبة إنتاجية الفريق والحضور وجودة العمل.
- التنسيق مع العملاء وفريق التشغيل.
- الحفاظ على السلامة والمعايير الشركة في جميع الأوقات.
المهارات
رخصة قيادة إماراتية سارية (إلزامية).
معرفة جيدة بالنباتات الداخلية ورعاية النباتات والتعرف على الآفات والتسميد والتقليم وصحة النبات.
خبرة في تخطيط جداول العمل اليومية وإشراف على technicians.
مهارات تواصل وقيادة قوية
القدرة على التواصل بطلاقة باللغة الإنجليزية جداً (الهندية/الأردية تعتبر ميزة).
