Job Accountabilities
Strategic Content Leadership: Initiate and define narrative frameworks that provide clear, purpose-driven direction for all projects.
Copy Development & Refinement: Write, edit, and polish bilingual copy for marketing campaigns, event collateral, exhibitions, publications, websites, and social media.
Tone-of-Voice Stewardship: Maintain and evolve HoW’s institutional voice - ensuring consistency, clarity, and cultural relevance in every communication.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with design, programs, and external agencies to align messaging with visual identity and audience insights.
Quality Assurance: Oversee all marketing copy - internal or external, to guarantee grammatical precision, brand alignment, and narrative impact.
Key Performance Indicator
Timeliness: 100% of deliverables met by agreed deadlines
Voice Consistency: Zero brand-voice deviations in published content
Stakeholder Satisfaction: ≥90% positive feedback on clarity, relevance, and tone from internal and external partners
Revision Efficiency: ≥80% of projects finalized within one revision cycle

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or related discipline.
5-7 years in professional bilingual copywriting, content strategy, or brand communications.
Minimum two years in a senior capacity within a creative or content team.
Demonstrated success leading concept development and messaging for multi-channel campaigns.
Proven ability to supervise and mentor junior writers, interns, or volunteers.
Experience crafting strategic content for exhibitions, cultural programs, and education- focused initiatives.
