About the role

As a highly reputable and luxurious resort in Dubai, Atlantis The Palm is currently seeking a dedicated and results-driven Agent to join our elite VIP Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to VIP guests by anticipating their needs, managing their requests, and always ensuring their utmost satisfaction. You will ensure that all VIP guests experience a personalized service from arrival to departure. Maintaining the set up and cleanliness of the Royal Majlis Lounge. You will welcome and assist all VIP guests with the following tasks: Check-in of guests, escorting of VIP guests, concierge enquired and any other requests and guest orientation of the resort.

About you 

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively within a fast-paced environment.
