Job Details

  • Review, adjudicate, and authorize warranty repairs and warranty claims submitted by Toyota and Lexus service centers

  • Ensure warranty submissions meet manufacturer requirements to maximize recoveries and minimize claim rejections

  • Monitor warranty claim quality, accuracy, and processing timelines

  • Conduct warranty audits and coaching visits across the dealer network to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures

  • Develop and monitor action plans to address areas of non-compliance and improve overall warranty performance

  • Support the launch and monitoring of Safety Recall Campaigns, Special Service Campaigns, and Customer Satisfaction Campaigns

  • Coordinate parts recovery activities and maintain communication with manufacturers regarding returned parts

  • Maintain warranty performance dashboards and provide regular KPI reporting

  • Collaborate with technical teams and aftersales stakeholders to identify quality concerns and process improvement opportunities

    About the Team

    You will be part of the Toyota & Lexus Warranty Department within Al-Futtaim Automotive's Distributor Operations team. Working closely with aftersales, technical, and dealership teams across the UAE, you will contribute to maintaining the quality, compliance, and efficiency standards associated with two of the world's most trusted automotive brands.


    What Equips You for the Role

    • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering

    • Minimum 5 years of automotive industry experience

    • 3–5 years of experience in a Warranty Administrator or Warranty-related role

    • Strong knowledge of automotive warranty policies and procedures

    • Experience with dealer management systems and SAP

    • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

    • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
