Vehicle Electrical Installation: Install and commission GPS and Telematics tracking devices; Install vehicle IoT and smart monitoring systems; Perform professional automotive wiring and cable routing; Install relays, fuses, circuit protection devices, and wiring harnesses; Diagnose and repair electrical faults; Perform battery health checks and power distribution verification; Read and interpret vehicle electrical diagrams and wiring schematics.
Telematics & Fleet Technology Installation: Install, configure, and troubleshoot GPS Tracking Devices, Fleet Management Systems, Driver Identification Systems, Driver Behavior Monitoring Devices, Vehicle Immobilizers, Ignition Control Modules, Remote Engine Cut-off Systems, Panic Buttons, SOS Switches, Digital I/O Modules, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi modules, LTE/4G Communication Devices.
CAN Bus & Vehicle Network Integration: Connect telematics devices using CAN Bus interfaces; Configure CAN Bus data acquisition modules; Perform OBD-II integration; Install FMS interfaces; Configure J1939 and J1708 communication; Verify live vehicle parameters including speed, RPM, fuel consumption, fuel level, engine hours, accelerator position, brake status, PTO status, seat belt status, engine fault codes, and DTCs.
Dashboard & In-Cab Equipment Installation: Install and integrate driver tablets, Android vehicle consoles, MDTs, driver display units, touchscreen displays, driver cameras, AI cameras, dash cameras, cabin microphones, driver speakers, buzzers, warning indicators, LED status indicators.
Sensor Installation: Install, calibrate, and test weight measurement systems (underbody weighing systems, on-board axle load sensors, payload monitoring systems), tank monitoring sensors (water tank level, fuel level, diesel tank, chemical tank, waste collection tank), and environmental sensors (temperature, humidity, pressure, door, bin lift, hydraulic position, PTO).
RFID & Identification Systems: Install and configure RFID readers, UHF RFID readers, HF RFID readers, driver identification readers, asset identification readers, vehicle access control readers, NFC readers.
Camera Systems: Install and configure AI vision cameras, front/rear/side cameras, 360° camera systems, reverse cameras, blind spot cameras, DVR/NVR units, ADAS cameras, driver monitoring cameras.
Specialized Equipment Integration: Install systems on hydraulic systems, sweepers, tankers, refuse collection vehicles, compacting vehicles, street washers, water tankers, vacuum tankers, hook lift trucks, skip loaders, crane trucks, tipper trucks, recovery vehicles, municipal equipment.
