We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Therapist to join a leading healthcare team in Dubai.
The successful candidate will assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based therapy to individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing difficulties. You will work collaboratively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Provide therapy for speech disorders, language delays, voice disorders, and swallowing difficulties. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals. Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and home-based strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Therapy / Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent. Relevant clinical experience in speech and language therapy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
