Be the Face of HealthHub Across Dubai

Al-Futtaim Health is seeking an energetic, highly organised, and people-focused Healthcare Events & Community Engagement Executive to join our growing team based in Dubai Festival City.

This is a unique opportunity for a confident and outgoing professional who enjoys working directly with people, managing events, building relationships, and representing a leading healthcare brand across Dubai.

Unlike traditional marketing roles, this position focuses primarily on event planning, event management, community outreach, stakeholder engagement, and brand representation. 

You will play a key role in bringing HealthHub's services directly into the community through wellness programmes, exhibitions, corporate health initiatives, mall activations, healthcare campaigns, and public events.

This role requires someone who is highly organised, commercially aware, professional in appearance and communication, and comfortable engaging with patients, clients, suppliers, corporate partners, and members of the public on a daily basis.

About the Role

As Healthcare Events & Community Engagement Executive, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing healthcare events from concept through to execution.

You will spend part of your time based in our Dubai Festival City corporate office coordinating activities, suppliers, schedules, reporting, and administration.

The remainder of your time will be spent attending and managing events across Dubai.

This is a highly visible role that requires excellent organisation, strong communication skills, and the confidence to represent Al-Futtaim Health professionally at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Event Planning & Management

Plan, coordinate, and manage healthcare exhibitions, community activations, wellness campaigns, roadshows, and public awareness events.

Take ownership of the complete event lifecycle from planning through execution and post-event reporting.

Coordinate event venues, suppliers, logistics, equipment, promotional materials, and staffing requirements.

Ensure events are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high professional standard.

Manage multiple events and activities simultaneously.

Track event outcomes, engagement levels, and return on investment.

Community Engagement

Represent HealthHub at exhibitions, shopping malls, corporate sites, educational institutions, and public venues.

Build relationships with patients, corporate clients, community organisations, and healthcare partners.

Support patient acquisition and brand awareness initiatives.

Act as a professional ambassador for HealthHub and Al-Futtaim Health.

Administration & Coordination

Maintain annual event calendars and activity schedules.

Prepare event briefs, presentations, reports, and engagement summaries.

Coordinate quotations, supplier communication, purchase requests, and approvals.

Manage event documentation and administrative records.

Support departmental reporting and budget tracking.

Minimum 3 years' experience in:

Proven experience independently managing events from planning through delivery.

Excellent organisational and project coordination skills.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Professional, polished, and highly presentable.

Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders, patients, suppliers, corporate clients, and members of the public.

Fluent English communication skills.

Strong Arabic language skills are highly desirable.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Canva.

Comfortable using AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot or similar platforms.

Able to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Highly Desirable

Healthcare industry experience.

UAE driving licence.

Access to personal transport.

Experience managing exhibitions, wellness events, or community outreach programmes.

Previous experience representing a premium brand in public-facing environments.
