Supervise and monitor asphalt pavement construction activities.
Oversee asphalt laying, surface preparation, compaction and finishing.
Develop and monitor rolling patterns to achieve required density.
Review asphalt mix designs and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Coordinate with asphalt plants for material production and delivery.
Monitor asphalt temperature, thickness, levels, density and compaction.
Coordinate with consultants, laboratories, contractors and site teams.
Monitor material testing and maintain quality records.
Identify material deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare quality reports and support resolution of material-related issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering or related field.
5+ years of relevant UAE experience in asphalt pavement, roads or highway construction.
Strong knowledge of asphalt laying and paving processes.
Hands-on experience in rolling pattern setup and compaction.
Experience in asphalt mix design evaluation and material testing.
Strong understanding of asphalt production, transportation and paving temperatures.
Experience working with consultants and laboratories.
Knowledge of UAE construction standards and quality procedures.
Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
