Prepare accurate MEP Quantity Take-Offs from tender drawings and specifications.
· Perform quantity measurements using PlanSwift software.
· Assist in the preparation of BOQs, cost estimates, and tender submissions.
· Review tender documents, drawings, and project specifications.
· Coordinate with the Estimation and Engineering teams during bid preparation.
· Ensure accuracy and timely completion of quantity take-offs.
· Maintain proper records of estimates, quantity calculations, and tender documents.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)
· Minimum 1 year of UAE experience as an MEP Quantity Surveyor – Pre Contract (Mandatory)
· Hands-on experience in Quantity Take-Off using PlanSwift software (Mandatory)
· Good understanding of MEP systems, construction drawings, and tender documentation.
· Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
