Purpose of the role:
Provide engineering support to project teams by assisting with technical analyses, documentation, and reporting activities while developing practical expertise in offshore structures and ship design. This role contributes to project delivery through the application of fundamental engineering principles, use of engineering software tools, and effective collaboration with senior engineers and multidisciplinary teams.

- DNV Emirati Development Programme (EDP), a 12-month structured Graduate Programme designed to attract, develop, and empower Emirati university graduates through hands-on experience, professional development, mentorship, and career growth opportunities.
- The Programme provides graduates with exposure to both technical and corporate functions, preparing future Emirati professionals to contribute to a safer, smarter, and more sustainable future.

هدف الدور:
توفير دعم هندسي لفرق المشروع من خلال المساعدة في التحليلات الفنية والوثائق وأنشطة التقارير أثناء تطوير خبرة عملية في الهياكل البحرية وتصميم السفن. يساهم هذا الدور في تسليم المشروع من خلال تطبيق مبادئ الهندسة الأساسية، واستخدام أدوات البرمجيات الهندسية، والتعاون الفعال مع المهندسين الكبار والفرق متعددة التخصصات.

- برنامج تطوير الإماراتية من DNV (EDP)، برنامج خريجين منظّم لمدة 12 شهراً يهدف إلى جذب وتطوير وتمكين خريجي الجامعات الإماراتيين من خلال خبرة عملية، وتطوير مهني، وتوجيه، وفرص نمو وظيفي.
- يمنح البرنامج الخريجين تعرضاً لكل من الوظائف التقنية والوظائف المؤسسية، إعداد المحترفين الإماراتيين المستقبليين للمساهمة في مستقبل أكثر أماناً، وأكثر ذكاءً، وأكثر استدامة.
