Minimum 1+ year of experience in Dubai/UAE Off-Plan Real Estate, or a proven track record in property sales.
Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate and off-plan market is highly preferred.
Proven ability to generate leads, develop client relationships and close property transactions.
Experience dealing with HNWIs, investors and international clients will be an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills – mandatory.
Arabic language is preferred.
Polished, confident and professional personality with excellent presentation skills.
Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-management abilities.
Self-motivated, ambitious and entrepreneurial mindset.
Ability to work independently in a highly commission-driven environment.
