Role Description The Free Hold Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for overseeing the management and administration of freehold properties, including coordinating sales, lease agreements, ownership transfers, and compliance with local regulations. The Free Hold Manager will maintain accurate property records, liaise with government authorities and legal representatives, and ensure that all documentation and approvals are properly processed. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and clients to resolve issues, support property transactions, and provide clear guidance on freehold ownership procedures. Qualifications Strong knowledge of real estate regulations and freehold property laws in the United Arab Emirates, especially within Abu Dhabi Emirate. Experience in property management or real estate administration, including handling sales, leases, and ownership transfers. Proficiency in maintaining accurate records, managing documentation, and working with legal and regulatory bodies. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Previous experience working in the UAE real estate sector is preferred.
