Printing Master

Job Summary
We need an experienced Printing Master to run our shop. You must know everything about screen printing and DTF printing. You will guide the helpers and check the quality of all work.

What You Will Do (Responsibilities)

• Manage Production: Overlook all printing jobs and guide 2 helpers.

• Create Screens: Prepare and make perfect screens for printing.

• Mix Ink: Mix colors correctly to match exact design requirements.

• DTF Printing: Set up and run DTF printing machines.

• Temperature Control: Control and measure exact heat during drying. Ensure safety jackets and t-shirts do not get burned or damaged.
  
  Printing Helpers

  Job Summary
  We need helpers to support the printing master. You will help with daily printing work, screen setup, and keeping the shop clean.

  What You Will Do (Responsibilities)

  • Help Master: Assist the Master in making screens and printing t-shirts.

  • Material Handling: Load and unload t-shirts and safety jackets on machines.

  • DTF Setup: Help with DTF printing, powdering, and heat pressing.

  • Check Heat: Follow the Master's instructions to monitor drying temperatures so clothes do not burn.

  • Cleaning: Clean screens, tools, and machines every day.

• Expert knowledge of drying temperatures for safety jackets and fabrics.

• Good teamwork and leadership skills.

• Must speak Hindi and know basic English.
