Prepare MEP drawings (e.g., layouts, schematics, shop drawings) using AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM software.
Ensure designs comply with RAK Municipality standards and UAE utility requirements (e.g., RAK Electricity and Water Authority).
Collaborate with the MEP Project Manager and engineers to update drawings based on feedback and site conditions.
Coordinate MEP designs with civil and structural disciplines to avoid clashes.
Maintain an organized filing system for drawings and revisions.
Assist in preparing as-built drawings and supporting project documentation.
Participate in design review meetings as directed by the MEP Project Manager.
Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for an MEP Draftsman to produce detailed drawings for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in Ras Al Khaimah. The role supports the MEP team in delivering accurate designs for construction projects.
Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Drafting.
Minimum 2 years of MEP drafting experience, preferably in the UAE.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
Understanding of MEP systems and RAK regulations.
Detail-oriented with strong communication skills; English fluency required.
إعداد رسومات MEP (مثل المخططات، المخططات الكهربائية، رسومات الورشة) باستخدام AutoCAD أو Revit أو برامج BIM.
التأكد من امتثال التصاميم لمعايير بلدية رأس الخيمة ومتطلبات مرافق الإمارات العربية المتحدة (مثل هيئة الكهرباء والماء برأس الخيمة).
التعاون مع مدير مشروع MEP والمهندسين لتحديث الرسومات بناءً على الملاحظات وظروف الموقع.
تنسيق تصاميم MEP مع التخصصات المدنية والإنشائية لتجنب التعارضات.
الحفاظ على نظام ملفات منظم للرسومات والتحديثات.
المساعدة في إعداد رسومات as-built والوثائق الداعمة للمشروع.
المشاركة في اجتماعات مراجعة التصميم كما يوجهها مدير مشروع MEP.
الملف المرشح المطلوب
نبحث عن رسام MEP لإنتاج رسومات تفصيلية للأنظمة الميكانيكية والكهربائية والسباكة في رأس الخيمة. الدور يدعم فريق MEP في تقديم التصاميم الدقيقة لمشروعات البناء.
دبلوم في الهندسة الميكانيكية/الكهربائية أو الرسم الفني.
خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في رسم MEP، ويفضل في الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
إتقان AutoCAD وRevit.
فهم لأنظمة MEP واللوائح في رأس الخيمة.
يتميز بالدقة ومهارات تواصل قوية؛ يتطلب الطلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية.
