Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Senior Property Consultant. In this position, you will provide tailored consultation to clients, guide them through the property buying process, and identify investment opportunities suitable to their needs. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, negotiating terms and agreements, and delivering outstanding customer service. You will also collaborate closely with developers and internal teams to ensure clients receive the best possible offerings.

Qualifications

• Real Estate expertise, with a comprehensive understanding of the UAE property market.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proven Sales experience and the ability to negotiate effectively to meet client goals and close deals.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the Dubai real estate market.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate Management, or a related field is preferred.
