Oversee routine and preventative maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Develop and implement a proactive maintenance strategy that minimizes downtime and maximizes equipment life.
Design, implement, and track Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules for blending kettles, storage tanks, pumps, filling machines, capping/labeling units, and conveyor systems.
Maintain fire detection, alarm, and suppression systems (fire hydrants, sprinklers, deluge systems, etc). Manage fire safety audits, conduct emergency drills.
Oversee plant electrical systems including HT/LT panels, switchgear, transformers, PCC/MCC panels and VFDs. Maintain high power factor levels and safeguard continuous power stability.
Control spare parts inventory, manage min-max stock levels, evaluate critical spares, and coordinate with vendors for procurement.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of all equipment and facilities to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance work.
Desired Candidate Profile
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance within a Lubricants manufacturing or industrial environment.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related field, with a focus on mechanical or electrical disciplines.
Proven track record of implementing successful maintenance programs that align with organizational objectives.
