We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Executive who already has an established client network in Dubai and can bring in business from day one. This role is ideal for someone with existing relationships in hospitality, events, corporate, or lifestyle sectors who is looking to join a growing agency early, with real potential for career growth as the company scales.

Existing client base and active network within Dubai's hospitality, events, corporate, or lifestyle sectors is required

1. 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing, preferably in a creative, media, or event production agency

2. Proven track record of bringing in and closing new business

3. Strong communication and presentation skills

4. Confident in client pitching and negotiation

5. Basic understanding of video production, event coverage, social media, or digital marketing services

6. Self motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets

7. Willingness to attend events, sometimes during evenings or weekends

8. Valid UAE driving license is a plus

9. Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic or Hindi is an advantage
   
   Key Responsibilities

   • Leverage existing client relationships to generate immediate business for InkSpill Production

   • Introduce and pitch InkSpill Production's services including video, photo, event coverage, and social media management to your network

   • Develop and present tailored proposals based on client needs

   • Convert existing contacts into signed clients and manage ongoing relationships

   • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

   • Continue expanding the client base through referrals and new outreach

   • Track leads, follow ups, and conversions using a CRM or tracking sheet

   • Represent InkSpill Production at client meetings, networking events, and industry gatherings

   • Collaborate with the production and content teams to ensure client and event requirements are clearly communicated
