Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently for movement, stacking, loading, and unloading of finished goods.
Handle approximately 100–200 pallets per shift, depending on operational requirements.
Load and unload trailers, containers, trucks, and other vehicles safely and efficiently.
Move finished goods between production, storage, dispatch, and loading areas.
Store and retrieve pallets from racking systems while maintaining safe stacking practices.
Operate forklifts in tight spaces, narrow aisles, and high-traffic warehouse areas.
Follow FIFO/FEFO inventory principles when handling and storing finished goods.
Read and follow pick lists, load slips, manifests, and other basic warehouse documents.
Support accurate picking, staging, and dispatch of finished goods.
Conduct basic pre-operational checks of forklifts and report any equipment issues immediately.
Ensure pallets and products are handled carefully to prevent product damage.
Follow all warehouse safety procedures, PPE requirements, and traffic management rules.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Support stock accuracy and participate in cycle counts and inventory-related activities when required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience as a Forklift Operator in a warehouse, FMCG, beverage, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
Experience working in high-volume, fast-moving finished goods environments is preferred.
Proven experience handling approximately 100–200 pallets per shift.
Experience with racking and pallet storage systems.
Experience in loading and unloading trailers, trucks, and containers.
Practical knowledge of FIFO/FEFO inventory handling.
Experience operating forklifts in busy warehouses and confined/tight spaces.
Experience operating battery-operated forklifts is preferred.
Experience operating forklifts with a capacity of 3 tonnes or above is highly preferred.
Strong experience in pallet handling, stacking, de-stacking, and racking operations.
Ability to safely operate forklifts in narrow aisles and high-traffic warehouse environments.
Warehouse Knowledge
Basic understanding of warehouse operations and finished goods handling.
Ability to read and understand:
Understanding of FIFO/FEFO practices.
Good awareness of warehouse safety and product handling procedures.
Qualifications
Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent required.
Valid forklift operator certification/license as required by applicable UAE regulations and company policy.
Additional warehouse or material-handling certifications will be an advantage.
Communication Skills
Basic English communication and reading ability is required.
Ability to understand basic warehouse instructions, safety signs, pick lists, and load slips.
Hindi or other commonly spoken warehouse languages will be an advantage.
