Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Scheduler / Logistics professional at Energie Rijk Den Haag. The role involves planning and coordinating demand and supply for sustainability-related projects, including scheduling activities, aligning timelines, and tracking progress across multiple stakeholders. Daily tasks include analyzing project requirements, updating schedules, managing logistics for materials and services, and maintaining clear documentation in planning tools. The Scheduler / Logistics specialist collaborates closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure that resources, contractors, and project phases are aligned with agreed milestones and budgets. The role also includes identifying process bottlenecks, proposing improvements, and supporting reporting on project status and performance. Qualifications Strong demand planning and production planning skills, with experience coordinating schedules for multi-stakeholder projects. Solid analytical skills to interpret data, assess capacity, and make evidence-based planning decisions. Knowledge of supply chain management principles, including resource allocation, logistics coordination, and lead time management. Experience in business process improvement, particularly in planning, scheduling, or operations environments. Proficiency with digital planning tools and spreadsheets; experience with project management or ERP systems is an advantage. Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Clear written and verbal communication skills in English; Dutch language skills are beneficial. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, collaborate effectively with diverse partners, and adapt to changing priorities. Relevant education in logistics, operations management, supply chain, or a related field; comparable work experience is also valued. Interest in sustainability, public-sector projects, and the energy transition is highly desirable.
