Purpose of the Role

Provide strategic oversight of store and inventory operations, ensuring effective inventory governance, operational efficiency, financial control, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee warehouse operations, inventory governance, and Storekeeping activities. Establish and maintain inventory governance, controls and procedures. Supervise Storekeepers and allocate daily operational activities. Review inventory movements, stock accuracy and reconciliation reports. Monitor inventory KPIs, consumption trends and replenishment requirements. Coordinate with Procurement, Finance and operational departments to ensure material availability. Approve stock transactions and investigate inventory discrepancies. Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit standards and HSE requirements. Develop reports and management dashboards for operational decision-making. Drive continuous improvement in warehouse processes and inventory management.
