About the role:
As a Houseman, you will support the Housekeeping team in maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and smooth operation of guest rooms, residences, public areas, and heart-of-house spaces. You will ensure that housekeeping supplies, equipment, and linen are readily available while supporting the team in delivering a clean and comfortable environment for guests and residents.
This role is part of the Housekeeping Department, reporting into the Housekeeping Manager.
What you will do:
Support a team of Room Attendants by ensuring guest room supplies are well stocked, trash and debris are removed from the rooms andmaintaining general cleanliness of guest floors and rooms.
Assist with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Public Area Attendant and Room Attendant
Find opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest
Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager or the Director of Housekeeping.
What you bring:
A minimum of at least 2 years of experience in the similar role in a luxury brand
High level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Strong communication skills; Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing)
An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task

بوصفك عامل منزلي، ستدعم فريق التدبير المنزلي في الحفاظ على النظافة والمظهر وسلاسة تشغيل غرف الضيوف والشقق والمناطق العامة ومساحات قلب المنزل. ستضمن جاهزية مستلزمات التدبير المنزلي والمعدات والملايات أثناء دعم الفريق في تقديم بيئة نظيفة ومريحة للضيوف والمقيمين.
هذا الدور جزء من قسم التدبير المنزلي، ويتبع مدير التدبير المنزلي.
ما ستفعله:
دعم لفريق غرف من خلال ضمان مخزون المستلزمات في الغرفة بشكل جيد، وإزالة النفايات والفتات من الغرف والحفاظ على النظافة العامة للطوابق والغرف.
المساعدة في المسؤوليات والواجبات في حال غياب أو ارتفاع حجم العمل في مناطق مشرف المنطقة العامة ومشرف الغرفة
إيجاد فرص لتخصيص تجربة الخدمة لكل ضيف
أداء أي مهام أخرى يكلفك بها مدير التدبير المنزلي أو مدير قسم التدبير المنزلي.
