- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UAE financial regulations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, providing key insights into financial performance and variances.
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of salaries and adherence to UAE labor laws and WPS requirements.
- Reconcile bank statements and intercompany accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly to maintain data integrity.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from a reputable institution.
- Professional certifications such as ACCA, CA, CPA, or CMA are highly advantageous.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years specifically within the Dubai market.
- Demonstrated experience with UAE VAT laws and compliance procedures.
