Job Details

As a Quality Inspector you will ensure that our products meet the established quality standards and specifications. You will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and evaluating materials as per given instruction, to ensure compliance with quality requirements.2. Key Responsibilities Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of incoming materials – raw materials and finished products. Perform functional tests to verify conformance to specifications. Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records of quality inspections. Identify and report any non-conformities or deviations from quality standard. Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to improve product quality and processes. Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and work instructions. Provide support during customer audits and inspections as needed3. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Measures how accurately the inspector identifies defects and approves compliant materials Ensures inspections are completed within the required timeframe to avoid production or warehouse delays Evaluates the inspector’s ability to identify and report deviations from quality standards Assesses the accuracy and completeness of inspection reports, logs, and SAP/ERP entries Measures adherence to testing procedures and specifications Ensures adherence to HSE rules, PPE usage, and safe inspection practices 4. Qualifications & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or certification in quality assurance is preferred. Proven experience as a quality inspector or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of quality control principles, practices, and techniques. Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and specifications. Familiarity with measurement tools and equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects or discrepancies accurately. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Experience in MS Office, SAP, ERP (a plus)5. Skills & Competencies Ability to perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections on raw materials and finished products using standard QC tools and techniques. Strong understanding of quality standards, inspection procedures, sampling plans, engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation requirements. Ability to identify defects, analyze non‑conformities, participate in root cause analysis, and support corrective actions. Skilled in preparing clear, accurate, and complete inspection reports, NCRs, and system entries (MS Office, SAP, ERP). High level of precision in identifying defects, discrepancies, and deviations Adherence to HSE standards, safe handling of materials, proper use of PPE, and compliance with workplace safety rules
