- Safely operate and maneuver mobile cranes to lift, move, and position loads according to project specifications and safety regulations.
- Conduct pre-operational inspections of the crane, including checking fluid levels, safety devices, and ensuring equipment is in optimal working condition.
- Communicate effectively with ground crew and site supervisors using hand signals and two-way radios to coordinate lifting operations.
- Assess site conditions, including ground stability and overhead hazards, to ensure safe crane operation and prevent accidents.
Desired Candidate Profile
Valid crane operator certification from a recognized agency along with required category 8 license
Minimum of 3 years of experience operating mobile cranes in construction or industrial settings, demonstrating a strong safety record.
Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and load charts to execute complex lifts accurately.
