Retail Sales Representative
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Representative to join our retail team. Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in bath treats, bath & body products, cosmetics, skincare, fragrances, or similar retail categories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

• Explain product features, fragrances, benefits, and usage.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

• Perform cross-selling and upselling to increase basket value.

• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves are fully stocked.

• Support product sampling and demonstrations when required.

• Handle POS transactions accurately.

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards of the shop/kiosk.

• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor.

• Support promotions, offers, and seasonal campaigns.

• Follow company procedures, attendance requirements, and retail operating standards.

• Provide regular sales updates and complete assigned reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

• Previous retail sales experience is preferred.

• Experience in bath treats, bath & body, cosmetics, skincare, beauty, or fragrance products is highly preferred.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Good selling, cross-selling, and upselling ability.

• Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales KPIs.

• Presentable, professional, and confident when dealing with customers.

• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.

• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Basic knowledge of POS systems and retail operations is preferred.

• Must be currently eligible to work in the UAE.

Salary: AED 2,350 per month

Candidates with relevant bath treats or bath & body retail experience will be given priority.
