Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding safely and correctly.
Install scaffold frames, tubes, couplers, platforms, guardrails, toe boards, and access ladders.
Ensure scaffolding is level, stable, properly supported, and securely tied to the structure.
Inspect scaffolding components before use and report damaged or defective materials.
Check scaffolding for stability and safety before allowing workers to use it.
Maintain safe access and working platforms at different heights.
Follow approved scaffolding procedures, safety standards, and site regulations.
Use scaffolding tools and equipment safely.
Work safely at height while using appropriate fall-protection equipment.
Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other construction workers.
Modify scaffolding as required to support changing construction activities.
Keep the work area clean and organized.
Dismantle scaffolding safely and store materials properly.
Follow all required PPE and health and safety requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Preferably 2 to 3 years experience
