We are looking for a talented Footwear Designer with strong hands-on experience in footwear design and technical product development.
What We’re Looking For:
Ability to design footwear from concept to production-ready product.
Create detailed footwear sketches and technical drawings.
Prepare complete and accurate footwear tech packs.
Develop material/component lists and specifications.
Define construction methods and technical requirements.
Prepare accurate size specifications, measurements, and grading details.
Work with manufacturers and suppliers to develop samples and final products.
Review samples and make necessary technical/design corrections.
⚠️ Important: This is a hands-on footwear design role. We are not looking for someone who only creates mood boards or basic sketches. The ideal candidate must be able to translate a shoe design into a complete production-ready technical package that can be used to manufacture the actual product.

إعداد مواصفات المقاسات الدقيقة والقياسات وتفاصيل التدرج.
العمل مع المصنعين والموردين لتطوير العينات والمنتجات النهائية.
مراجعة العينات وإجراء التصحيحات التقنية/التصميمية اللازمة.
⚠️ مهم: هذا دور تصميم أحذية عملي. لا نبحث عن شخص يصمم لوحة مزاجية أو رسومات بسيطة فقط. يجب أن يستطيع المرشح المثالي تحويل تصميم الحذاء إلى حزمة تقنية جاهزة للإنتاج يمكن استخدامها لتصنيع المنتج الفعلي.
