Handle cash, card, and POS system transactions accurately.
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take customer orders and ensure they are entered correctly.
Process payments and provide accurate change and receipts.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked cashier station.
Assist customers with basic inquiries and provide good customer service.
Check and maintain accurate cash balance at the beginning and end of each shift.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are processed smoothly.
Follow cafeteria hygiene, safety, and company procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience as a Cashier, preferably in a cafeteria, restaurant, or food-service environment.
Good knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures.
Strong communication and customer-service skills.
Friendly, polite, and professional attitude.
Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a busy environment.
Basic English communication skills; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.
Honest, reliable, punctual, and responsible.
Able to work flexible hours and as part of a team.
Candidates currently available in Al Ain are preferred.
