Role: Senior Corporate Accountant (Remote) Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) Job Type: Full-Time Payout: $110K - $150K/yr
Role Overview:We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Senior Accountant to work on a full-time basis. The role involves managing complex financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and overseeing month-end and year-end close processes.
Key Responsibilities:• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.• Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and adjustments.• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations and filings.• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA or CPA candidate preferred.• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a senior role.• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and experience with financial audits.• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with attention to detail.
