Job Description
A premier Global Turnkey EPC and Infrastructure Leader is hiring senior execution leaders for Regional Head and Project Director roles across multiple international and domestic locations.
We are seeking hands-on site execution leaders from Main Contracting or Turnkey EPC companies to drive mega-scale developments including Hyperscale Data Centers, High Voltage Power Substations, and Heavy MEP or Civil Projects.
Please note that candidates from PMCs, Consultancies, Client side project management offices, or pure Business Development backgrounds will not be considered.
NATIONALITY IS OPEN FOR ALL POSITIONS.
Multiple Target Locations Available:
Regional Head Execution: India (Mumbai Base)
Regional Head Execution: Middle East
Project Director Execution: Saudi Arabia
Project Director Execution: Africa
Key Responsibilities:
End to End Execution Leadership: Direct turnkey site execution covering Civil, Structural, High Voltage Substations, MEP, and Level 1 to 6 Testing and Commissioning up to final client handover.
Contractor Site Governance: Manage site engineers, vendors, sub contractors, and local workforces to achieve fast track project delivery schedules.
Commercial and P and L Oversight: Complete ownership of site P and L, budget governance, procurement timelines, and resource optimization.
Quality and Safety Compliance: Enforce QA QC frameworks and international Health Safety and Environment protocols on site.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
Experience: 15 to 25 years of core hands on site execution experience in large scale EPC or Turnkey projects.
Mandatory Background: Must be currently or recently working with a Main Contractor or EPC Builder.
Domain Expertise: Direct site execution background in Data Centers, High Voltage Substations, MEP, Power, or Heavy Industrial Infrastructure.
