Digitizer is looking for an experienced Performance Account Manager to join our growing team. If you're passionate about building strong client relationships, driving measurable results, and managing high-performing marketing accounts, we'd love to hear from you.

Role & Responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of client accounts and act as the primary point of contact Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Develop and execute account growth strategies to achieve client objectives Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations Coordinate with performance marketing, creative, and strategy teams to ensure successful campaign delivery Prepare regular performance reports and lead client review meetings Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities while ensuring client satisfaction

Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, client services, or digital marketing Experience working in a marketing agency is preferred Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills Ability to interpret campaign data and provide strategic recommendations Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of SEO and performance marketing Hands-on knowledge of Shopify and Word Press websites Understanding of website structure, optimisation, and digital marketing best practices Must be based in Dubai
