Role Description The Beauty Salon Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ajman, responsible for overseeing daily salon operations and ensuring a high standard of client experience. This role includes supervising and scheduling staff, coordinating beauty and hair care services, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in line with company and local health regulations. The manager will handle customer inquiries and feedback, manage appointments and salon workflow, and monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment. Additional responsibilities include supporting hiring and onboarding of salon personnel, guiding team performance and training, and collaborating with management to implement service improvements and promotional activities. The Beauty Salon Manager will also ensure that service quality, professional standards, and client satisfaction consistently meet HQHC’s expectations. Qualifications A new Ladies Wellness & Beauty Center in Ajman is looking for an experienced and dynamic Beauty & Spa Manager to join our team.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing a beauty salon, spa, wellness center, or similar establishment Strong leadership and team management skills Experience in daily salon/spa operations, staff scheduling, and performance management Excellent customer service and client relationship skills Ability to achieve sales targets and support business growth Good knowledge of beauty, spa, and wellness services Strong communication and problem-solving skills Previous UAE experience is highly preferred
