- Safely operate heavy-duty vehicles such as aircraft tugs, belt loaders, and cargo transporters on the active airside apron, adhering strictly to all aviation safety regulations.
- Perform pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical soundness and report any defects or malfunctions immediately to maintenance.
- Maneuver large equipment with precision around aircraft, other vehicles, and airport infrastructure, demonstrating exceptional spatial awareness.
- Load and unload cargo, baggage, and other items onto and from aircraft and ground support equipment efficiently and securely.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possess a valid Heavy Motor Vehicle Driving License (HMV DL) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience operating heavy-duty vehicles in a demanding environment.
- Previous airside driving experience at a commercial airport is highly preferred.
- Certification in Forklift Operation or other relevant ground support equipment (GSE) handling.
