Key Responsibilities:
* Install, inspect, align, and maintain industrial machinery, conveyor systems, pumps, compressors, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
* Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on mechanical equipment across plant floors and residential mechanical rooms.
* Diagnose mechanical failures, dismantle equipment, replace worn components, and reassemble to precision tolerances.
* Fabricate or modify basic parts on-site using standard workshop tools (lathes, grinders, welding equipment).
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
* Technical diploma or apprenticeship certification in Mechanical Engineering/Maintenance.
* 3+ years of combined experience in plant/factory machinery and residential utility systems.
* Strong knowledge of bearings, gearboxes, pumps, alignment, and basic welding.
