• Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC plans, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and Method Statements. * Conduct inspections of interior fit-out works, including drywall, ceilings, flooring, wall finishes, joinery, marble, metal works, glass, painting, partitions, MEP interfaces, and FF&E installations. * Raise and manage WIRs (Work Inspection Requests) and coordinate inspections with consultants and clients. * Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements. * Identify non-conformities (NCRs), investigate root causes, and ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions. * Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve quality issues. * Inspect incoming materials and verify compliance with approved material submittals.

• Maintain QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports, material approvals, NCRs, snag lists, and quality records. * Conduct internal quality audits and ensure project documentation is complete and up to date. * Monitor project snagging, rectification, and final handover activities. * Support consultant and client inspections and ensure timely closure of comments. * Ensure compliance with applicable local regulations, company quality procedures, and ISO 9001 requirements. * Provide quality awareness and guidance to site teams and subcontractors.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline. * 3–8 years of experience in QA/QC for interior fit-out and refurbishment projects. * Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, installation methods, and finishing works. * Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems. * Experience with WIRs, MIRs, ITPs, Method Statements, and NCR management. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications. * Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
