1. Supervise day-to-day fit-out and renovation activities at residential and villa projects.

2. Manage civil, finishing and electrical works from A–Z, ensuring proper execution and coordination.

3. Supervise masonry, plastering, gypsum, flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing and other finishing works.

4. Supervise electrical works including lighting, power, DBs, wiring, containment and electrical installations.

5. Read and interpret architectural, civil, MEP, electrical and shop drawings.

6. Coordinate with MEP, HVAC, carpentry, joinery, kitchen and wardrobe teams.

7. Supervise workers, electricians, helpers, subcontractors and multiple trades on site.

8. Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.

9. Monitor workmanship, materials and installation quality throughout the project.

10. Coordinate setting out, measurements, material requirements and site activities.

11. Identify site issues and coordinate with the relevant teams to resolve technical and execution problems.

12. Conduct inspections and ensure proper completion of works before proceeding to the next stage.

13. Carry out snagging, rectification and final finishing works.

14. Coordinate testing, commissioning and handover activities as required.

15. Prepare daily site reports, manpower reports, progress updates and site photographs.

16. Monitor manpower, work progress and site productivity.

17. Ensure proper use of materials, tools and equipment at site.

18. Maintain good housekeeping and ensure compliance with site safety requirements.

19. Coordinate with project management and other departments to ensure timely project completion.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. 4–5+ years of relevant experience in fit-out, renovation and residential/villa projects.

2. Strong UAE experience preferred; GCC experience will be considered.

3. Strong hands-on knowledge of civil, finishing and electrical works.

4. Proven experience in luxury villa or high-end residential renovation projects is highly preferred.

5. Ability to independently manage multiple trades and site activities.

6. Good knowledge of construction materials, measurements, setting out and site requirements.

7. Strong quality control, site coordination and problem-solving skills.

8. Good English communication skills.

9. Hindi speaking is an advantage.

10. Valid UAE Driving Licence is a strong advantage, preferably manual.

11. Immediate joiners are preferred.
