About the Opportunity

A growing real estate sales company in Dubai is looking for 10 experienced and motivated Real Estate Agents to join our expanding sales team.

Key Responsibilities

· Promote and sell residential and investment properties in Dubai.

· Develop new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

· Generate leads through networking, referrals, social media and other channels.

· Understand clients’ requirements and provide suitable property recommendations.

· Conduct property viewings and presentations.

· Negotiate with clients and support the sales process through to closing.

· Stay updated on Dubai property market trends and new developments.

· Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team performance.

Requirements

· Previous experience in Dubai real estate sales is preferred.

· Candidates with international real estate or property sales experience are welcome.

· Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

· Highly motivated, target-driven and self-disciplined.

· Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of an international team.

· English communication skills required.

· Additional languages are an advantage.

· Candidates already based in the UAE are preferred.
