Located less than 50 miles from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theater, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Assistant Manager - Transportation Services to join the resort s Limousine Services team. The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Supervise the scheduling and dispatching of hotel vehicles for guest transfers, airport pickups, and special events.
• Ensure all transportation services are delivered punctually and professionally.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and cleanliness standards.
• Lead and manage chauffeurs, drivers, and transportation coordinators.
• Conduct regular training on service standards, safety protocols, and guest handling.
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Ensure personalized and seamless transportation experiences for VIPs, groups, and individual guests.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests related to transportation.
• Coordinate with Concierge, Front Office, and Events teams for transportation arrangements.
• Liaise with external transportation providers and rental companies as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and service logs.
• Assist in budgeting and cost control for transportation services.
• Ensure all vehicles and drivers comply with local transportation regulations and hotel policies.
• Ensure qualitative Forbes Five-Star standards are met
• Conduct regular safety checks and audits.
• Maintain insurance and licensing documentation for all vehicles and drivers.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3 5 years of experience in hotel transportation or limousine services, with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of luxury service standards and guest handling.
• Valid driver's license and familiarity with local traffic laws.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience and training with Forbes Travel Guide standards.
