We are looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial Operating Co-Founder to join us in Dubai and play a key role in building, scaling, and managing the business.
The Opportunity
This is not a traditional employment role. We are looking for someone who wants to build a company, take ownership, and grow with the business.
As Operating Co-Founder, you will work closely with the founding team to develop business strategy, establish operations, build partnerships, drive revenue, and create scalable systems.
Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day business operations and execution Develop and implement growth and expansion strategies Build strategic partnerships and business relationships Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams Lead sales, business development, and client acquisition initiatives Build and manage operational processes and teams Monitor business performance, KPIs, and financial objectives Represent Work Voyage International with clients, partners, and stakeholders Take ownership of projects from strategy through execution Help shape the company's long-term vision and direction What We’re Looking For Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ownership mentality Proven experience in operations, business development, sales, management, or entrepreneurship Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and make decisions Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities Commercial mindset with a focus on growth and results Willingness to take risks, experiment, and build from the ground up Experience in the UAE/GCC market is a strong advantage Existing business network or partnerships in Dubai/UAE will be an advantage What We Offer Genuine Co-Founder opportunity Opportunity to build and scale an international business Significant ownership and decision-making responsibility Performance-based growth and financial upside Direct involvement in company strategy and expansion Opportunity to build a strong professional network across international markets A high-autonomy, entrepreneurial environment
