• We are looking for a dynamic Hypermarket Sales Associate to join our growing retail team. The ideal candidate will handle daily floor operations, assist customers, maintain visual standards, and operate checkout counters to ensure an excellent shopping experience.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales - Engage customers on the floor to help locate products and explain ongoing promotions.

  • Stock Management- Replenish shelves constantly to ensure product availability and perfect presentation.

  • POS Operation - Scan items, handle cash/card payments accurately, and process transactions efficiently.

  • Problem Solving - Resolve customer complaints politely or escalate them to the supervisor immediately.

  • Store Upkeep- Maintain cleanliness and follow merchandising guidelines across assigned aisles

Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Previous retail or customer service experience, ideally within a hypermarket or large format store setting.
• Demonstrated ability to engage customers and drive sales through effective communication and product knowledge.
• Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications for inventory and sales tracking.
