We're hiring a Design Engineer to take ownership of pole and structural product design — from CAD modeling through to wind-load structural analysis and final client-ready documentation. This is a hands-on role in an active manufacturing environment, not a desk-only design job — you'll be working closely with production and the factory floor to make sure what you design actually gets built right.

Responsibilities

• Design lighting poles and supporting structures compliant with American (AASHTO) and European standards

• Build 2D/3D models and drawings in SOLIDWORKS and AutoCAD

• Run structural analysis to confirm designs withstand required wind loads

• Prepare engineering calculations, analysis reports, and technical documentation for client submission

• Troubleshoot and improve existing product designs and manufacturing processes based on real production feedback

• Respond directly to client technical queries

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

• 2–3 years' experience as a Design Engineer, ideally in structural, steel, or pole/tower manufacturing

• Mandatory: proficiency in SOLIDWORKS and AutoCAD

• Working knowledge of AASHTO or equivalent structural/wind-load standards
