QUALIFICATIONS✅ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.✅ 6+ years of experience in asset management, investment analysis, or real estate finance.✅ Strong knowledge of portfolio analysis, financial forecasting, valuation, and performance measurement.✅ Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities.✅ Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.✅ Ability to interpret market data and translate insights into business decisions.✅ Experience in the UAE or GCC market is an advantage.✅ CFA, CAIA, RICS, ACCA, or CPA certification is a plus.????
