We are looking for a professional, compassionate, and experienced Nursing Assistant to join our dental clinic team.

The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience working as a Nursing Assistant in a dental clinic and hold a valid MOH registration/licence as a Nursing Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist dentists and dental specialists during consultations and dental procedures.

• Provide efficient chairside assistance during treatments.

• Prepare treatment rooms, dental instruments, and materials before procedures.

• Prepare and assist patients before, during, and after treatment.

• Assist dentists during general dentistry and specialized dental procedures.

• Assist with dental implant and oral surgery procedures when required.

• Clean, disinfect, and sterilize dental instruments and equipment.

• Follow strict infection prevention and control procedures.

• Maintain treatment rooms in a clean, organized, and prepared condition.

• Ensure the required dental instruments and materials are available.

• Monitor patient comfort and provide appropriate assistance.

• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.

• Check and maintain dental and medical supplies.

• Report shortages or equipment issues to the concerned team.

• Coordinate effectively with dentists, dental assistants, nurses, and reception staff.

• Follow clinic health, safety, infection control, and patient-care procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Nursing Assistant in a dental clinic is mandatory.

• Valid MOH registration/licence as a Nursing Assistant is mandatory.

• Previous dental clinic experience is required.

• Experience in dental chairside assistance.

• Good knowledge of dental instruments and materials.

• Experience with dental instrument sterilization and infection control.

• Experience handling and assisting dental patients.

• Ability to work efficiently in a busy dental clinic environment.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional attitude and patient-focused approach.

• Good English communication skills.

• Additional language skills are an advantage.
