NCR etc.. after validation of the Site Manager.
· Scheduling audits of the Subcontractors regarding documentation and quality follow-up.
· Conducting IPI / FI checks during project execution as per QMS checklists.
· Preparing fortnightly report of QMS at site.
· Preparation of Method Statement / Work Instructions related to Works.
· Qualitative control of the packaging (shock, indicator, scars, and bents.)
· Quantitative and qualitative of the materials/equipment versus packing lists.
· Control of the incoming & outgoing material to/from storage areas (respect of registering and documenting MR reports).
